About Us

Kudo!! My name is Muhammad Zarrar, and https://OSCNrecords.com is my personal guide website.

Why I Built This Site

A few years back, I noticed something simple. People in Oklahoma — and across the U.S. — wanted to look up court records, but the official systems felt confusing. The pages were heavy. The filters were tricky. The legal words were hard to read.

People would search for hours and still not find their case.

So I started writing guides. Plain words. Step-by-step. The way I would explain it to a friend or family member.

That is how OSCNrecords.com began.

Who I Am

I am a Public Records Researcher with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice. I research and write about how U.S. court database systems work — especially the Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN).

I am not a lawyer. I am not a court officer. I do not work for the government.

I am just someone who took the time to learn how these systems work — and I share what I learn, so others do not waste hours on confusion.

What This Website Offers

OSCNrecords.com gives you:

  • Simple guides on how to search OSCN
  • Help understanding case codes and dockets
  • Tips for fixing common search problems
  • Plain-English explanations of how Oklahoma courts work
  • Honest answers to questions people actually ask

No legal jargon. No selling. No tricks.

What This Website Is Not

To be very honest with you:

  • This is not the official OSCN website (that is OSCN.net)
  • This is not a law firm
  • This is not a background check service
  • This is not a record-removal service

I cannot pull records for you. I cannot fix your case. I cannot remove anything from OSCN. But I can help you understand the system — so you can do it yourself, with confidence.

My Promise

When I write a guide, I keep three things in mind:

  1. Keep it simple. No big legal words.
  2. Keep it honest. If something is unclear, I say so.
  3. Keep it helpful. Every step should make your search easier.

That is the whole purpose of this website.
